Your personal information is protected in accordance with Swedish law of personal integrity (1998:204) and will only be used for order fulfillment and our customer registry.
For payment with bank transfer or prepaid invoice you will transfer the money yourself from your bank account to ours.
Credit card payments are carried out securely with encrypted communication (https) and for other payment solutions, such as PayPal, you will be transferred to the payment providers secure page to complete the purchase.
Prices and VAT
The available currencies in the shop are Swedish Kronor (SEK) and Euro (EUR).
Prices will be shown in the currency that is suitable for your country.
Swedish VAT at 25% is included, with exception for shipping to non EU countries and businesses within EU but outside of Sweden with a valid EU VAT number.
Should you have any trouble with a purchase or would like more information don’t hesitate to contact us, we can process your purchase manually as well if needed.
Shipping and deliveries
We primarily use UPS and DHL but also Schenker and DSV for our deliveries, we will choose the most suitable courier for your order.
The available shipping cost for your complete order can be seen on the shopping cart page as well as during checkout.
Please note that customs duty or any other additional surcharges are not included in the shipping cost and needs to be settled by the receiver.
The delivery time varies depending on the order contents and all items in an order will be shipped at the same time.
This means that the delivery time for a complete order will be the same as for the product with the longest delivery time.
The delivery time for each individual product can be seen on its respective page.
Delivery is currently available to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom.
Should your country not be listed please contact us and we can process your order manually.
In accordance with Swedish consumer legislation you have the right to return the products you have ordered within fourteen (14) days from the day you received the product.
The return policy is not applicable to products that have been produced (i.e. items that are not available in stock) or altered according to your wishes.
It also does not apply to companies and institutions.
The following must be fulfilled in order to be able to return products:
1. You must notify us within fourteen (14) days from the day you received the product.
2. The products must not have been used and must be in the same condition as when you received them.
3. The products must be repackaged in the original package or equivalent and returned to us.
Do I need an account to place an order?
To register for an account is optional.
By registering an account you will be able to see additional information about your orders and you will also be able to save address and payment information for future purchases.
Why doesn’t my credit card work?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Eurocard via the credit card payment option.
For other cards you can choose to pay with PayPal which accepts all major credit cards.
Payment through PayPal is available without creating an account with them.

Do you deliver to my country?
We offer delivery to the countries listed under shipping and deliveries above.
If your country is not listed you are currently not able to buy from us using the online store.
You are however most welcome to contact us and in most cases we will be able to process your order manually.
Has my order been shipped yet?
When we ship your order we will send you an email with information about the shipment and, if available, a tracking number.
If you have a customer account you can also see more information about all your orders if you login.
What is the delivery time for my order?
General delivery time on all products is 4-6 weeks.
On the page for each individual product you can see more information about the delivery time for that product.
All items in an order are shipped simultaneously hence the delivery time for the complete order will be the same as for the product with the longest delivery time.
What is the shipping cost for my order?
The shipping cost is calculated collectively on all products within a complete order.
You will see the total shipping cost on the shopping cart page and during checkout.
What do I do if an item I received was damaged upon arrival?
If items are damaged when you receive them you must notify the courier and contact us within 24 hours from arrival.
Please note that if the packaging has visible damages and the shipment is signed upon delivery without remarks, you have the responsibility for the product and the courier will not cover any damaged items.
What do I do if I received wrong items?
If the items you received did not correspond to the ones you ordered, contact us and we will correct the problem.
We will either replace the incorrect items or give you a refund, in either case the incorrect items must be returned to us.
Can I return an order?
Yes, in accordance with Swedish consumer legislation you have the right to return an order granted that the terms and conditions are followed.
